1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI GuardSOC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AI-SOC provides an AI-powered Security Operations Center platform that includes:

• Real-time threat detection and monitoring
• Automated incident response
• Compliance monitoring and reporting
• Vulnerability assessment
• 30+ specialized AI security agents

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to attack or harm other systems

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• 24/7 AI monitoring with no interruptions
• Response time of <5 minutes for critical alerts
• Monthly service credits for SLA breaches

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your security data, logs, or configurations. We only process your data to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI-SOC provides security monitoring and response services but cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AI-SOC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend service for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of acceptable use policy
• Activities that pose security risks

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
